1. Importing Products via Excel

1. Navigate to Products > Import Products.
2. Download the official CSV Template.
3. Populate mandatory columns:
   • Product Name: Item description.
   • SKU: Barcode string (e.g. 8901030865421).
   • Unit: Short unit name (e.g. Pc, Kg).
   • Brand & Category: Classification names.
   • Purchase Price: Buying cost.
   • Selling Price: Retail counter rate.
   • Tax: Applicable tax rate name (e.g. GST 18%).
   • Opening Stock & Location: Initial quantities.
4. Upload the file and click Submit—thousands of products are imported instantly. 1. Creating Warranty Templates

1. Go to Products > Warranties > Add Warranty.
2. Name: 1 Year Brand Warranty (Duration: 1, Unit: Years).
3. Name: 6 Months Replacement Guarantee (Duration: 6, Unit: Months).
4. Enter Warranty Terms & Conditions description.

2. Attaching to Products

1. Edit any product and select its default Warranty.
2. When billed, the thermal receipt prints: "Warranty: 1 Year (Valid Till DD/MM/YYYY)" with customer invoice verification.
