No internet is required for daily counter checkout. Oasis POS runs locally on your counter computer so barcode scanning, cash drawer opening, and thermal receipt printing operate continuously even during internet outages.
Offline capabilities vs limitations: Counter barcode lookup, GST receipt printing, and shift cash reconciliation work 100% offline. Remote multi-branch stock synchronization, WhatsApp digital bill delivery, and dynamic UPI QR payment verification require an active internet connection.

Best suited for: Single-counter and multi-counter retail stores in India—including grocery stores, supermarkets, garment & footwear stores, and mobile shops needing fast barcode checkout, GST receipts, and local inventory control. For dining spaces, our dedicated Oasis Table edition manages table occupancy and KOT orders.
Not designed for: Large enterprise chains requiring multi-state warehouse ERP synchronization, multi-currency international billing, or automated marketplace dropshipping integration (e.g. Amazon/Shopify order routing).

Support is delivered directly by our Chennai-based software team via phone, WhatsApp, remote desktop assistance (AnyDesk), and on-site engineer visits for Chennai stores.
