Variable Products & Matrix Variations (Size, Colour & Fit)

Apparel, footwear, and hardware businesses require variation matrices to manage different sizes and colors under a single parent item.

1. Setting Up Variation Templates

1. Go to Products > Variations > Add Variation.
2. Name: Apparel Sizes (Values: S, M, L, XL, XXL).
3. Name: Colors (Values: Red, Blue, Black, White).

2. Creating a Variable Product

1. In Products > Add Product, change Product Type to Variable.
2. Select the Variation Template (Apparel Sizes).
3. The system generates rows for each variation.
4. Enter unique SKUs/barcodes, individual purchase costs, and selling prices for each variation if they differ.
5. Click Save.
