In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Platform Developer Policies, and data privacy regulations, Hiba Technologies provides an explicit, transparent procedure for users, merchants, and customers to request the complete deletion of their account data, Meta API integration tokens, and WhatsApp messaging records.
1 Scope of Data Eligible for Deletion
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, our compliance and engineering team will permanently erase:
- Meta Platform & WhatsApp Tokens: All stored WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) IDs, Phone Number IDs, App Secret/Access Tokens, and webhook callback registrations.
- Transactional Communication Logs: Message delivery receipts, delivery timestamps, and transient customer phone number associations cached during WhatsApp invoice dispatch.
- Merchant Profile & Contact Records: Registered business contact information and preferences associated with the integration.
2 Step-by-Step Data Deletion Procedure
To initiate a data deletion request for your Meta Platform or WhatsApp Business integration data, follow these steps:

Include Identification Details
In the body of the email, please provide:
• Business / Store Name
• Registered Administrator Email
• WhatsApp Business Phone Number / WABA ID
• Scope of deletion (Full Deletion or Specific Scope)
Verification & Processing
Our team will verify your authorization within 24–48 business hours and assign a unique Deletion Confirmation Ticket ID.
Permanent Purge & Confirmation
All eligible Meta tokens, integration links, and logs will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days, and a final written confirmation will be sent to your email.
3 Revoking Permissions via Meta Business Manager
Business administrators can immediately disconnect the Oasis Billing Software - WABA application directly from Facebook / Meta Business Manager without waiting for manual processing:
- Log in to your Meta Business Manager at business.facebook.com.
- Navigate to Business Settings > Integrations (or Connected Apps).
- Select Oasis Billing Software - WABA from the list of authorized apps.
- Click Revoke Access or Remove App.
- Meta will immediately invalidate all access tokens granted to our application.
4 Legal & Statutory Retention Exceptions
Please note that under Indian statutory law (including the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Section 36, and Income Tax regulations), merchants and billing software providers are legally obligated to maintain books of accounts, historical sales invoices, tax vouchers, and financial transaction records for a statutory retention period (typically 72 months from the due date of furnishing annual returns).
Data deletion requests apply strictly to Meta Platform data, WhatsApp API access tokens, and communication logs. Statutory accounting records that a merchant is legally required to preserve for tax compliance cannot be destroyed prior to the expiration of the statutory audit window.
