Notification Templates (Automated SMS, Email & WhatsApp Alerts)

Keep your customers informed with real-time transactional alerts.

1. Supported Notification Channels

  • SMS Gateways: Twilio, MSG91, Textlocal, and custom HTTP REST SMS APIs.
  • Email: SMTP server (Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES).
  • WhatsApp: Direct click-to-chat and official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

2. Customizing Message Templates

  1. Go to Settings > Notification Templates.
  2. Select the event (e.g. New Sale, Payment Received, Customer Due Reminder).
  3. Use dynamic tag placeholders: {business_name}, {customer_name}, {invoice_no}, {total_amount}, {paid_amount}, {due_amount}.
  4. Click Save Notification Settings.
