Invoice Schemes & Invoice Layout Configurations (2", 3", A4, A5)

Customize how your bills look on thermal paper rolls and full A4 tax invoices.

1. Invoice Number Schemes

  1. Go to Settings > Invoice Settings > Invoice Schemes.
  2. Create naming schemes like:
    • Format: INV-{{YEAR}}-{{NUMBER}} (e.g. INV-2026-0001).
    • Set start sequence number (e.g. 1001).

2. Invoice Layouts & Thermal Design

  1. Go to Settings > Invoice Settings > Invoice Layouts.
  2. Select Design Type:
    • Classic / Thermal (80mm / 3-Inch): Standard receipt roll for retail & supermarkets.
    • Slim Thermal (58mm / 2-Inch): Compact handheld printer format.
    • Detailed A4 / A5: Full-page GST tax invoice for B2B wholesale.
  3. Toggle fields: Business Logo, Customer GSTIN, HSN Code Summary Table, Savings on MRP banner, Dynamic UPI Payment QR code, and Return Policy footer.
