Business Locations, Branches & Multi-Warehouse Setup
Oasis POS allows you to manage multiple retail stores, franchise branches, and central warehouses from a single unified system.
1. Adding a Business Location
Navigate to Settings > Business Locations > Add Location.
Enter:
Location Name: e.g. Chennai Main Branch, T. Nagar Store, Madurai Warehouse.
Location ID: Unique short code (e.g. LOC-01, LOC-02).
Landmark, City, State, Pincode: Physical store address.
State Code: 33 for Tamil Nadu (used for CGST/SGST tax calculations).
Mobile Number & Email: Printed on customer receipts.
Assign default Invoice Scheme and Invoice Layout.
Click Save.
