Can I use it offline? What are the limitations?
Yes. Offline counter operation is available through the supported Windows and Android Oasis application. Item barcode scanning, cash drawer opening, and receipt printing operate completely offline. Multi-branch cloud sync, WhatsApp digital bills, and dynamic online UPI confirmation require active internet. Confirm the edition, device, and integration behaviour in your demo; offline support varies by product edition.
