Restaurant POS Module: Visual Floor Ordering, Takeaway & KOTs

The Oasis Table POS Screen is designed for ultra-fast operation on touchscreen terminals, desktop computers, and waiter mobile tablets.

1. Table Floor Color Status Guide

  • 🟢 Green (Vacant): Table is empty and ready for new guests.
  • 🔵 Blue (Occupied / In Service): Guests are seated and have active food orders.
  • 🟡 Yellow (Reserved): Table is reserved for upcoming booking.
  • 🟠 Orange (Billed / Payment Pending): Bill has been printed; waiting for customer cash/card payment.

2. 4-Step Order Punching Flow

  1. Click Table: Tap any green or blue table (e.g. Table 05).
  2. Add Food Items: Tap menu categories and dishes. Add modifiers (e.g. Extra Spicy, Less Oil).
  3. Send to Kitchen (KOT): Click Print KOT (F2). Kitchen order tickets print instantly at the respective kitchen printers (Main Kitchen, Bar, Tandoor).
  4. Repeat for Running Orders: When guests order dessert later, adding items generates KOT #2 with only the newly added items.
