  • Tandoor / Grill Printer: Naans, rotis, tikkas, kebabs.
  • Bar / Beverage Station: Mocktails, fresh juices, shakes, coffees.
  • Dessert Counter: Ice creams, pastries, sweets.

2. Paperless Kitchen Display System (KDS)

Mount an Android tablet in the kitchen running Oasis Table > KDS View. Chefs tap Start Cooking (Card turns Yellow) and Mark Ready (Card turns Green), alerting waiters on their mobile tablets!
