Loyalty Reward Points Program & Redemption Rules

Encourage repeat visits with an automated customer loyalty points program.

1. Setting Up Loyalty Points

1. Go to Settings > Business Settings > Reward Point Settings.
2. Check Enable Reward Points.
3. Set Points Earning Ratio: e.g. Spend ₹100 = Earn 1 Point.
4. Set Redemption Value: e.g. 1 Point = ₹1.00 Discount.
5. Set Minimum Order Amount to Redeem: e.g. ₹500.
6. Points accumulate automatically on customer phone numbers and can be redeemed directly at the POS checkout screen.
