Customer Groups & Tiered Pricing (Wholesale vs Retail)

Automatically apply discounted price lists when wholesale buyers or VIP members shop.

1. Creating Customer Groups

  1. Go to Contacts > Customer Groups > Add Customer Group.
  2. Enter Group Name (e.g. Wholesale Dealer, VIP Member, Contractor Tier 1).
  3. Set Calculation:
    • Percentage: Automatically apply 5% or 10% discount on entire cart.
    • Selling Price Group: Automatically link to Wholesale Price List.
  4. Link customers to this group—their special pricing activates automatically when their phone number is entered on the billing counter.
