Asset Management Module: Store Equipment, Depreciation & Allocation

Maintain an asset register of all equipment, computers, POS hardware, and store fixtures.

1. Adding Fixed Assets

1. Go to Asset Management > Assets > Add Asset.
2. Enter Asset Name (e.g. TVS Thermal Receipt Printer #3), Purchase Date, Cost, and Asset Serial Number.
3. Assign to a specific Store Location or Staff Member.
4. Track asset maintenance warranties and calculate annual depreciation for company balance sheet audits.
