Yes. Shoes and footwear are managed with numerical size attributes (e.g. UK/India sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) grouped under the shoe style or article code. You can view stock availability per size at a glance.
Exchanges are handled smoothly against the original receipt or bill number. When a customer exchanges a size M for size L of equal value, the returned item is placed back in inventory and the replacement is deducted, maintaining accurate stock counts.
Yes. Oasis POS runs locally on your counter computer. Temporary internet outages during Diwali, Pongal, or weekend rushes will not halt customer billing, variant lookups, barcode scanning, or thermal receipt printing. Features requiring internet access are limited to remote owner reports, multi-branch inventory sync, and WhatsApp e-bill delivery.
