Assigning dedicated service staff to specific tables prevents customer neglect and clarifies order responsibility.
1. Assigning Waiters to Tables
Go to Restaurant > Waiter Table Assignment.
Select the dining shift (e.g. Dinner Shift - Friday).
Select the Waiter / Captain (e.g. Rajesh Kumar).
Select the tables assigned to this waiter (e.g. Tables AC-01 to AC-06).
When guests on Table AC-03 tap Call Waiter on their phone QR menu, Rajesh's mobile tablet chimes instantly!
