Oasis Table Settings & Restaurant Profile Configuration

Setting up your restaurant profile accurately ensures that food receipts, kitchen tickets, customer QR menus, and tax reports reflect your brand.

1. General Restaurant Settings

1. Log in to Oasis Table as Administrator.
2. From the navigation sidebar, go to Settings > General Settings.
3. Configure the following:
   • Restaurant Name: Legal and trading brand name.
   • Phone & WhatsApp: Contact numbers printed on customer receipts.
   • Email Address: Official email for daily manager settlement reports.
   • Address: Physical restaurant location with pincode and state code (33 for Tamil Nadu).
   • Currency: Indian Rupee (₹ INR).
   • Timezone: Asia/Kolkata (IST).

2. Branding & Logo Upload

1. Under Branding, upload your high-resolution restaurant logo (.PNG format recommended).
2. Upload a Favicon for browser tabs and mobile bookmark icons.
3. Upload a Cover Banner Image displayed at the top of your digital QR menus.

3. Tax Slabs & Service Charges

1. Go to Settings > Taxes & Charges.
2. Set GST Rate: 5% GST (2.5% CGST + 2.5% SGST) for standalone restaurants or 18% for star-category hotels.
3. Configure optional Service Charge (e.g. 5% or 10%) with customizable opt-out toggles.
4. Click Save Settings.
