Restaurant Table Module: Floor Plans, Dining Areas & QR Codes

Organizing your dining floor visually makes it easy for hostesses and waitstaff to track occupied tables, reserved seats, and open bills.

1. Creating Dining Areas

  1. Go to Tables & Floor > Dining Areas > Add Area.
  2. Create sections matching your architecture:
    • Ground Floor Main AC Hall
    • First Floor Non-AC Family Section
    • Rooftop Lounge & Bar
    • Outdoor Garden Seating
    • Takeaway / Parcel Pickup Counter

2. Generating & Downloading Table QR Codes

  1. In the Tables list, click Download QR Codes.
  2. Choose Single Table QR or Bulk All Tables (PDF).
  3. Oasis Table generates high-resolution, print-ready acrylic table stand inserts containing the dynamic QR code for each table.
  4. When diners scan the QR code on Table 4, their phone opens the digital menu and ties all orders directly to Table 4.
